With food, no explanation is necessary. These are some of the local dishes we always want to have a taste of every time we come to HK. :)

Ngong Ping 360 and Tian Tan Buddha x 3!
Breakfast where we're staying is always good and aplenty.
Left the hotel feeling full, which is a good thing as it's about an hour train ride to Tung Chung Station of the MTR -- this gets us to Tian Tan Buddha and Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car... This will be our third visit to the biggest seated outdoor Buddha.
Riding the cable car is always peaceful but enjoyable.
This was inside Ngong Ping Village. I thought the girls looked like me when I was still young so I took their picture!
There was also a cable car exhibit showing the different cable cars from different countries.
268 steps up! I always feel like my heart is ready to burst when climbing. (Note to self: need to do more cardio!!)
But the pain is always worth it when you are actually at the bottom of the Tian Tan Buddha. It's an amazing feeling being fronted by a monument this gigantic, yet so serene.
Had some coffee at the Starbucks at Ngong Ping Village, then lunch followed at Citygate outlets after our cable car ride back. Was too hungry to take pictures.

We're in Hong Kong again!!! :)
This is actually our 5th time to go to Hong Kong together since we became a couple. This time we were with D's family.
Everything is still fun, colorful, and surprising with each visit. HK is never a bore and will always be our nearest sanctuary to get away from it all. Food is always great of course!
We were on the earliest flight from Manila to Hong Kong. It was still too early to check in so we had an early lunch at the Airport. Supposedly we were going to eat at Ajisen Ramen, but it's currently closed, so we settled with the newly-opened Crystal Jade Restaurant.
After checking in, lunch was at City Super at Harbour Center.
And dinner was at our favorite noodle place in Jordan :) A trip to HK won't be complete without eating here 2-3 times each visit.
He's the one making the noodles. Always been him. We always take his picture when we eat there.
After dinner, we walked to Yue Hwa to get some goodies, I saw these exotic-looking animal skins for sale... Maybe it's their version of the chicharon/pork cracklings.
Saw this interesting ad about cosmetic surgery...
I like how it's never dark in HK. Buildings are always lighted up! It seems no one's ever sleeping here.
This mall near our hotel took several years in the making. Nice to see it's all finished now.
More to come tomorrow...

The journey to 5 Countries ends here...
Despite paying extra for a late checkout at the hotel, we were still early for our midnight flight back to Manila... Took the extra time to explore the beautiful and high-tech Suvarnabhumi Airport.
On our way in:
Beautiful architecture inside the airport:
We were hungry from the waiting so we had an early dinner at Kin Japanese Restaurant & Ramen, which was also delicious.
The line at the immigration was terribly long. But still had the time to grab some Burger King before boarding the flight back to Manila.
The journey to five countries ends here.
We'll be out again in a short while :)
CHEERIOS!

Last-minute walks -- Siam and Patpong
Leaving today. Last on our list was Siam Paragon and Patpong.
This was our lunch at Ootoya Kitchen.
Some snapshots of Patpong District during daytime, didn't stay long here though... We just wanted to get an idea of how it looks like. :)
Some refreshments first before going back to the hotel to check out.
