As we took the red-eye flight from Manila to Kuala Lumpur, we spent the night at the Airasia-Tune Hotel near the LCCT Terminal. We didn't get to catch some sleep on the plane, so it was good that we had booked in advance. There were quite a number of people turned away because they didn't have a reservation. Some were forced to sleep in the lobby waiting for people to check out. :(
There was a shuttle service that goes around every quarter of an hour (costs 1RM per) that we didn't know about, so we walked. We could use the exercise, but walking in the midnight lugging our backpacks wasn't such a good idea!
We had a double room, but everything was within arm's reach. It was a simple accommodation that is best for transients. Mental note: Take shuttle the next day!!
